On Friday, December 11th at 6 pm, bring the whole family to a kids’ film fest! We will be featuring shorts on environmental issues, including the film The Lorax. Along with the films and short discussions, the kids will also get to do an art project using recycled materials. Pizza and drinks will also be provided.  This event is part of a series of events that is being planned by an interfaith group, which includes First Congregational Church, Koinonia Church, Church of the Nativity and UUCGV. Other groups involved are the WCC, Great Old Broads for Wilderness, Sierra Club and Citizens for Clean Air. 

Youth Bridging CON: Keep an eye out for Registration information for MDD Bridging CON 2015 – April 10-12, 2015 – being held at 1st Universalist Church of Denver, concurrent with the MDD Meeting.

Camp is an experience from which youth return with practiced abilities in leadership and renewed energy for congregational involvement. It is a time in which Unitarian Universalist youth are able to connect with other UUs from across the Front Range, expanding and deepening their religious identity and equipping them with spiritual tools to navigate their lives.
